Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor or sponsor at the annual
Kitsap Back-to-School Block Party event.
VENDORS: All regular and non-profit businesses or organizations wishing for a vendor booth must complete the registration form in it's entirety.
SPONSORS: All regular and non-profit businesses or organizations wishing to sponsor the event in exchange for advertising must complete the registration form in it's entirety.
We offer competitive advertising tiers for our sponsors. See below.
DONORS: Businesses or organizations wishing to only donate, without the advertising options, must use the Donate Here button below and follow the steps it will take you through. Those wishing for advertising in exchange for a donation fall into Sponsorship status and must complete the registration form in its entirety.
Tier One $75 - $150
A donation/sponsorship of a $75 to $150 value (monetary or item) would yield the following:
Free Vendor Booth Space
(with donation valued at $100 or more)
Tags of your company on social media posts
Some verbal mentions the day of the event
Tier Two $151 - $250
A donation/sponsorship of a $151 to $250 value (monetary or item) would yield the following:
Free Vendor Booth Space
Your logo on all event print media
Mentions of your company on social media posts
Moderate verbal mentions the day of the event
Tier Three $251 - $450
A monetary donation/sponsorship of $251 to $450 would yield the following:
Free Vendor Booth Space
Your logo on our websites for 6 months

Your logo on all event print media
Mentions of your company on social media posts
Several verbal mentions the day of the event
Tier Four $451 - $700
A monetary donation/sponsorship of $451 to $700 would yield the following:

Your company sign posted for 8 months

Your company advertising message on all e-correspondence for 8 months
Your logo on all event print media

Tier Five $701+
A monetary donation/sponsorship of $701+ would yield the following:

Your company sign posted for 1 full year
